A Kiss Upon My Forehead

The Heaven showered the earth with its blissful presence;
As the rain touched my face, I felt the essence
Of the trickling touch of love upon my lip—
It transported me to my Land of Sleep.

The blissful rain trickled down my spine,
Making me shiver out of pleasure divine;
The moist shiver slid down my torso to my leg—
Driving me crazy; making me, for his presence, beg…

I gasped and stood frozen as, from behind, he embraced me—
Setting a fire down our bodies that neither of us could see;
His breathtaking voice spoke up, ”Shall we go to bed?”
Then turning me around, he planted a kiss upon my forehead.
